Another review by Joseph Burchell
Do I really have to talk about this game? I really, really don't like it. Hell, I didn't even beat the game yet. I wonder if I ever will. Got to some wheel boss and that was it for me (I've beat it now, mostly just so I could say I did).
First problem: The isometric view thing they have going here, get rid of it. Shrinking as you move up the screen is annoying. Bullets that grow as they travel down the screen are annoying. It makes it harder to pinpoint the location of yourself and enemies then it should be. Straight top down view, or no view at all, I say!
Problem the second: It sucks. What? It does. It's not fun at all. The weapon selection is ridiculous. You really don't want to use ANY of the weapons the game gives you because they're all impractical. You want the generic, forward shooting gun? Well, you won't be able to kill anything with it, and it shoots slow as hell. What about these radical wiper thingies? What the hell's up with them anyway? Get rid of them.
The other problem: I dunno. I haven't played the game enough to come up with more things to complain about, maybe later.
There are some good points. Mainly the music. The music is great. Exciting, good quality music. If the game were even halfway fun I'd play it just to listen to the music. That and it's a fairly pretty game. Too bad your retarded wing mates keep babbling on about everything (which is mostly nothing).
Whatever, it's not like I ever have to play the game again...
